PURPOSE IN PRACTICE

Helping lay the groundwork for discipleship.

The ministry’s work

314 Community takes its name from 3 John 1:4: “I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth.” The ministry serves secondary-school graduates in Uganda through discipleship and career facilitation.

Its work helps young people find a sustainable path forward and bring positive change to the culture around them. The Sanctuary provides a setting for economic development, agricultural training, and spiritual growth in the Jinja and Buziika regions.

OUR SHARED COMMITMENT

Our involvement

Providence Christian Foundation supplied early seed capital to purchase the land for the Sanctuary and develop its essential road and power infrastructure.

This practical investment helped establish the physical foundation for 314 Community’s ministry to students and its wider work in the community.
